Why no actual photos before pay ?

Unpaid customer we can take photo for other stuffs in our office to prove we are real (with paper write your name)

1. If want take photos, we have to take it from warehouse
2. Unpack it
3. Take photos
4. Clip the photos, so it can send online
5. Repack it
6. Put it back to warehouse
7. It will take 1-2 hours, and every day we can receive over 10 request
8. So it's hard to take photos for unpaid customer
